Back from vacation, here is the new Sid Loves Turbo podcast:

This is the OPPOSITE of the last podcast. Slow-ass chord-filled tracks may be all the rage in Finland, but in Australia they’ve just discovered something called the ‘mash-up,’ and it’s causing hand-waving, wayfarer-sporting hysteria. Beni, of Bang Gang and Riot in Belgium fame, is a great friend, and not so much a Deejay as a Funjay. Seriously, why are some countries just happier than others?

I never normally post my DJ mixes, but thought I'd just send this one out while it's semi-fresh...

This was my opening set from Tiga's album launch party at Neon in Montreal last weekend. It felt like another step in the sea change away from nu-rave. It's a bit low on the new unreleased material though there is a preview of Mike Mind's amazing new track 'Mind Game.'
